Baumhover Properties have been a member of the Blowing Rock community for many years. We have units available for annual lease and vacation rentals.
Our community is pet friendly with open safe areas to walk your pets.
Most units are approximately 900 square feet with annual lease, and monthly rates from $600-$800 per month. Lease terms for apartments require first and last month's rent and a $500 pet fee, if you have animals.
Vacation rentals for furnished apartments have seasonal rates. Please contact us by phone or the website Contact Us form for more information about availability and rates.
Our community welcomes graduate students, adults, family's, retirees and vacation. We maintain a friendly community atmosphere welcoming new tenants and seasonal visitors.
