Welcome to Baumhover Properties. We have apartments available for annual lease to graduate students, adults and retirees in Blowing Rock, NC. Furnished apartments are available for vacation rentals by the week or month.
Baumhover Properties is located just outside of beautiful Blowing Rock, NC on highway 221. Our neighborhood is surrounded by the Pisgah National Forest, minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Bass Lake, Price Park, the Blowing Rock city swimming pool and Grandfather Mountain.
Vacationers are within minutes from many attractions in Watauga county such as Mystery Hill, Tweetsy Railroad, Linville Caverns, Grandfather Mountain and the exciting Zip-Line adventure ride. We are within 30 minutes from all the western North Carolina ski areas such as Beech Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Hawk's Nest and Appalachian. Appalachian ski resort is only a few minutes from Baumhover Properties.
Our community is rich with good restaurants, activities such as biking, hiking, walking, tubing, fishing and equestrian accessible trails.
For shoppers we are minutes from the Tangers Outlet Mall with many fine shops. There are also many historic landmarks and antique shops throughout Watauga County.
